A term by self-described “left-wing political and internet activist”, Eli Pariser, who rebranded the idea of an echo chamber to “filter bubble” in a well-circulated TED talk describing the self-evident effects of groupthink and confirmation bias. Sadly, what is lesser known is his day job: as CEO of a company which depends on it.
